Yeah I wouldn't badmouth Kira she has certainly gone out of her way to be in things and has improved a ton over a lot of time. It's not like she gets roles because of a fluke. That being said I can also understand why someone would want to try other options before her, she has been in a ton of stuff and her voice is utterly recognizable.
I've heard great things about Kira's VAing, but if there's someone else with talent that wants to take this on and hasn't been in much, I'm more than willing to give them a shot.

If you want good VAs...STOP LOOKING ON NEWGROUNDS! As you can tell by the replies, 90% of the users are Rina fanboys.
There are some good VAs on NG. Sapphire, snowfender, myself, etc but you won't have much if you just look here.
You should really try VAA. Mippa, Shudo-Ranmaru, Scarlotte, Fantachan, Mochan, just to name a few of the MANY good female VAs there. Most just don't look on NG for VA work because let's face it...it's not easy. Unless your name starts with an R people don't notice you as a female VA here.
And no, I'm not saying this because I'm "jealous" or I give a shit if one of her fanboys doesn't thing I "warrant" an internet thumbs up. I'm saying this because if you REALLY want some good talent you need to go outside the box. And VAA is full of talent. VAC is too, I guess, but meh...
